They say that "it's gonna get worse before it gets better". But when you've already dealt with Lynd leasing/maintenance staff (the equivalent of an Evans family member dealing with tenant issues on Good Times) when you're not even in a ghetto, you want to have hope when a new management company takes over.
After 2 and a half months of dealing with Mckinley as a tenant of The Magnolia at Sandy Springs, I can no longer keep hope alive (Sorry, Mr. Jesse.).
